Localworks is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail operations and drive growth in our store. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee in-store merchandising and sales to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Lead and motivate a small team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Implement effective strategies to optimize store performance and enhance the shopping experience.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure product availability to meet customer demands.
- Drive initiatives to promote Localworks' diverse product offerings and foster customer loyalty.
Requirements:
- Extensive retail experience, with a proven track record of success in sales and merchandising.
- Hands-on, can-do attitude with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in electronics and technology retail, with knowledge in stationery and office furniture preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Flexibility to work full-time hours with rostered half days on Saturdays.
