The ZD1950 is an LEDNPN phototransistor housed in a 5mm clear LED housing. It has a NPN Collector-to-Emmiter Breakdown voltage of 30V, an Emitter-to-Collector Breakdown voltage of 5V and a Collector-to-Emmiter Saturation voltage of 0.8V Max. It also has a Rise and Fall time of 3uS @ 5V(Vce) and the Collector is a Short Leg while the Emitter is a Long Leg.
