You've got a lifted pad, a wrong component, or a joint that needs to come off clean — but you don't want to scrub the whole board in isopropyl after.
Goot's 1.5mm Gootwick desolder braid pulls solder off the pad as it passes, and the wash-free RMA flux inside means you're done when the braided copper is done. No rinse cycle, no residue sitting under your next component.
Made in Japan to MIL-F-14256F spec, so it's not a compromise braid that sheds fibres or leaves a sticky film. Supplied on a plastic reel that keeps the flux from drying out before you need it.
