Your 5 A relay's overheating on that 10 A load and you're not about to swap it out mid-build. This DPDT power relay handles up to 10 A on its contacts – 240 V AC or 24 V DC – from a 12 V DC coil. It drops into the SY-4064 DIN-rail cradle for a tidy panel fit, or you wire it straight in with 5 mm spade lugs if you'd rather skip the bracket. One relay, two switching channels, no thermal drama.
